Our Treibgut
To not know what you’re eating, where your food is coming from, or how it is made is unthinkable for us. Many years ago, we opened „LAGO Genusswerkstatt“ in order to provide our own products. In our butcher’s shop, bakery, confectionery, and brewery, you’ll find nothing but natural products made from hand with love. Our natural apple juice and lemonades are produced from fruit trees in the Ulm area, while the olives for our cold-pressed olive oil comes from the Gardasee in northern Italy. Our honey is made right here on our very own roof with over 450,000 bees in the summer. Through our own confectionery, we produce our own ice cream, made from natural products and with no additives. Our pasta is made daily by hand so that you, our guest, recieve nothing but the freshest dishes as you dine with us. We are constantly in search of new and unparalled culinary ingredients and enjoy the challenge of creating handmade pieces of art in our kitchen.
